Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing depends on different criteria: For Cookies - cookie size, cookie design, and packaging.  For Cakepops - design and packaging.  Each order is unique and will have different pricing based on the cookies/cakepops included in each set.  There are pricing grids on the custom order form that will give you a ballpark price but final pricing will be provided once a request is received.

Minimum lead time is 2 weeks.  This allows time to source any special cutters or tools that may be needed to complete your order.  During the holidays. space on the schedule is limited so it is best to get on the calendar ASAP.

We are located in SW Winter Haven off Spirit Lake Rd.  Each Friday we do meet ups in S. Lakeland, N. Lakeland and Plant City as a courtesy to our customers in those areas.  Exact locations are listed on the custom form.

You may pick up at our Winter Haven location any day after 10 am.  If you are unable to pick up, you can arrange a meet up at one of the locations for an additional charge.

Deposits are not required.  If you are placed on the schedule, payment arrangements must be made the weekend before the order delivers.

Yes.  We use USPS to ship cookies within the continental US.  Priority mail rates apply.  While we do our very best to package them so that they arrive in perfect condition, we cannot control how the postal service handles the package.  Shipping is at your own risk.

No.  We understand that our prices may not fit your budget and you are under no obligation to book your cookies or cakepops with us.  We just ask that you inform us of your decision so that we don't save space for you on the schedule that could go to a customer who would like to book.

Once you submit the custom order request form,  we will contact you via email within 24-48 hrs.  Emails do frequently deliver to spam/junk folders so it is best to check there for an email if you don't see a response in your inbox within 48 hours.
